The Exchange is the culmination of the collaborative efforts of two individuals and their firms: Robin Delmer and George Strobel. Their affiliation began roughly seven years ago and has grown robustly each year. The State Tax Credit Exchange has grown to be the largest market for tax credits for individuals in the state of Georgia.

He also spends considerable time monitoring projects which have already been acquired by The Exchange.
